Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in the exact condition received — unused, unwashed, with original tags or packaging (if applicable).
Shipping
- Damaged
- Worn or used
- Altered in any way
- Missing original packaging or tags
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending any items back.
Once approved, ship the item(s) within 3 business days of receiving return instructions.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
The Bargains Den is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Non-Returnable Items
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Undergarments, opened beauty items, and hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If your return is rejected due to condition or eligibility, you will be notified, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.

Shipping

- Shipping costs are calculated based on carrier rates and are included at checkout for your convenience.
